The inauguration of US President-elect Donald Trump on Monday will be moved inside the Capitol building due to weather conditions.

Traditionally, US presidential inaugurations are held outside the Capitol building, facing the Statue of Liberty and the Capitol Hill, and are often packed with people from all over the country.

But this time, the inauguration will be held inside the Capitol building because the temperature is expected to drop from minus 5 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 11 degrees Fahrenheit. Meteorologists are warning that the coldest day Trump will take office will be the coldest in 40 years.

This is not the first time that the inauguration has been moved inside the building due to weather conditions. In 1985, when President Ronald Reagan was sworn in for his second term, the ceremony was moved indoors due to the cold weather.

It was confirmed that Chinese Vice President Han Zheng would attend Trump's inauguration, and it was reported that the ceremony would be held inside the Capitol building. This is the first time a top Chinese leader has attended the inauguration of a US president.
