Ismael Bennacer’s injury does seem pretty worrying for Milan, as the Algeria international was spotted in a wheelchair at the airport.
Ismael is expected to remain out of action for three months after sustaining a severe muscle injury while on international duty with Algeria.
The 26-year-old is heading back to the capital of Lombardy, and SportTeam AR has published a picture of the midfielder in a wheelchair at an airport in Algeria. Near him, a collaborator holds crutches for the Milan midfielder.
Milan will play six games before the international break in October, but they are not expected to sign a free agent to replace Bennacer, relying on Silvano Vos and two promising midfielders from Milan Futuro instead.
